“New Shoes for My Outcasts”

I had an impression of a shoe with someone's foot
in it walking, but the shoe was old & worn, as the
sole was tearing away in the front from the top part
of the brown shoe. They were men's shoes. What
does this mean Father?
"See this worthless shoe? Just like an old shoe that is so totally worn, many of my people are being thought of as that shoe. They have been cast aside like an old shoe. They have tried to "fit in" to the system of the "church", and yet have come away wounded & humiliated, rejected & worn out from all the trying to 'fit in'. Some have stayed & waited without saying a word, but just enduring the hostility, as Jesus had to endure hostility.

Well, I have a brand new pair of shoes for them to wear. I have a pair of shoes that fit perfectly. I have a pair of shoes that will not leave them open to the elements -That will keep them from getting wet or dirty. The shoes I have for them have wings. In these shoes, they can even fly! I saw dark navy leather shoes with wings on either side! They were all shiny like brand new shoes are. When you first put on these shoes, they will be a little stiff, & some may even blister, so be sure to wear My covering over your feet, so they won't be bruised, Yes, some shoes bruise your heel, or toes and wear down the skin into a blister that can be painful. But I will help you to stretch these shoes, so that they will be really comfortable
to wear. You won't FEEL bruised, even if they rub a bit.

In order to wear the new ones, you have to take off the old ones. You can no longer wear the old ones, & walk in the newness of life I am giving you. I am doing a new thing in the earth. You cannot go back to wearing the old ones without getting dirty. Some people, like children, will get angry that you have these new shoes. They will want to push you away. Some will be jealous that you have the new shoes, & they don't! Some will see them & weep that they cast you aside. Others will be totally hostile to the new WALK I have catapulted you into."

Then I saw someone taking off a shoe & pounding it on a short table.
[ It made me remember something from very long ago, when Kruschev pounded his shoe on the table at the U.N. in anger. I remember he was yelling. ]
Recognize, my sons & daughters, that when I tell you to do something with your new shoes on, that it may be HARD. It may be difficult. Some may get angry & yell at you. But do not take it personally. When they were angry with me in the Temple in My own village, they wanted to kill me, but My Father provided the way of escape from their hands. And so
will I provide the way of slipping through their fingers, of the ones who desire to cause harm to you. Be unafraid of them, for I AM Your rear guard !

Ezek 2:1-8 AMP AND HE said to me [Ezekiel], Son of man, stand upon your feet and I will speak to you. 2 And the Spirit entered into me when He spoke to me and set me upon my feet, and I heard Him speaking to me. 3 And He said to me, I send you, son of man, to the children of Israel, two rebellious nations that have rebelled against Me. They and their fathers have transgressed against Me even to this very day. 4 And the children are impudent & hard of heart. I send you to them & you shall say to them, Thus says the Lord God. 5 And they, whether they will hear
or refuse to hear--for they are a rebellious house--yet shall they know & realize that there has been a prophet among them. 6 And you, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words; though briers & thorns are all around you & you dwell & sit among scorpions, be not afraid of their words nor be dismayed at their looks, for they are a rebellious house. 7 And you shall speak My words to them whether they will hear or refuse to hear, for they are most rebellious. 8 As for you, son of man, hear what I say to you; be not rebellious like that rebellious house; open your mouth & eat what I give you.

Ezek 2:9-10 AMP And when I looked, behold, a hand was stretched out to me and behold, a scroll of a book was in it. 10 And He spread it before me & it was written within & on the back, & written on it were words of lamentation & mourning and woe.

Ezek 3:17-21 AMP Son of man, I have made you a watchman to the house of Israel; therefore hear the word of My mouth and give them warning from Me. [Isa 52:8; 56:10;
62:6; Jer 6:17.] 18 If I say to the wicked, You shall surely die, & you do not give him warning or speak to warn the wicked to turn from his wicked way, to save his life, the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood will I require at your hand. 19 Yet if you warn the wicked & he turn not from his wickedness or from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity, but you have delivered yourself. 20 Again, if a righteous man turns from his righteousness (right doing and right standing with God) & some gift or providence which I lay before him he perverts into an occasion to sin & he commits iniquity, he shall die; because you have not given him warning, he shall die in his sin & his righteous deeds which he has done shall not be remembered, but his
blood will I require at your hand. 21 Nevertheless if you warn the righteous man not to sin & he does not sin, he shall surely live because he is warned; also you have delivered yourself from guilt.

Taking off your shoe in the old testament:
Deut 25:6-10 NKJV But if the man does not want to take his brother's wife, then let his brother's wife go up to the gate to the elders, & say, 'My husband's brother refuses to raise up a name to his brother in Israel; he will not perform the duty of my husband's brother.' 8 Then the elders of his city shall call him & speak to him. But if he stands firm & says, 'I do not want to take her,' 9 then his brother's wife shall come to him in the presence of the elders, remove his sandal from his foot, spit in his face, & answer and say, 'So shall it be done to the man who will not build up his brother's house.' 10 And his name shall be called in Israel, 'The house of him who had his sandal removed.'

Josh 5:15 NKJV Then the Commander of the LORD's army
said to Joshua, "Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where you stand is holy." And Joshua did so.

Ruth 4:7-10 NKJV Now this was the custom in former times in Israel concerning redeeming & exchanging, to confirm anything: one man took off his sandal & gave it to the other, and this was a confirmation in Israel. 8 Therefore the close relative said to Boaz, "Buy it for yourself." So he took off his sandal. 9 And Boaz said to the elders & all the people, "You are witnesses this day that I have bought all that was Elimelech's, & all that was Chilion's & Mahlon's, from the hand of Naomi. Moreover, Ruth the Moabitess, the widow of Mahlon, I have acquired as my wife, to perpetuate the name of the dead through his inheritance, that the name of the dead may not be cut off
from among his brethren & from his position at the gate. You are witnesses this day

Isa 9:5 NKJV For every warrior's sandal from the noisy battle, & garments rolled in blood, will be used for burning & fuel of fire.

Luke 3:16 NKJV John answered, saying to all, "I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

John 1:27 NKJV It is He who, coming after me, is preferred before me, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose."

Exerpts from Matthew Henry's commentary on Ruth 4:7-8
Re: Ruth 4:1-8
Ruth was not rich, but lived upon alms; not honourable, but a
poor stranger. She was never said to be beautiful; if ever she had been so, we may suppose that weeping, & travelling, & gleaning, had withered her lilies and roses. But that which made Boaz in love with her, & solicitous to expedite the affair, was that all her neighbours agreed she was a virtuous woman. This set her price with him far above rubies
(Prov 31:10); and therefore he thinks, if by marrying her he might do her a real kindness, he should also do himself a very great kindness.
Whoever had it must pay for it, & Boaz might have said, "My money is as good as my kinsman's; if I have a mind to it, why may not I buy it privately, since I had the first profferof it, & say nothing to my kinsman?" No, Boaz, though fond enough of the purchase, would not do so mean a thing as to take a bargain over another man's head that was nearer
a-kin to it; & we are taught by his example to be not only just & honest, but fair & honourable, in all our dealings,& to do nothing which we are unwilling should see the light, but be above-board.
v. 5. Some think this does not relate to the law of marrying the brother's widow (for that seems to oblige only the children of the same father, Deut 25:5, unless by custom it was afterwards made to extend to the next of kin), but to the law of redemption of inheritances (Lev 25:24-25), for it is a goel, a redeemer, that is here enquired for; and if so it was not by the law, but by Naomi's own resolution, that the
purchaser was to marry the widow.
The Chaldee paraphrase makes his reason for this refusal to be that he had another wife, &, if he should take Ruth, it might occasion strife & contention in his family, which would
mar the comfort of his inheritance. Or he thought she might bring him a great many children,& they would all expect shares out of his estate, which would scatter it into too many
hands, so that the family would make the less figure. This makes many shy of the great redemption; they are not willing to espouse religion.
They have heard well of it, & have nothing to say against it; they will give it their good word, but at the same time they will give their good word with it; they are willing to part
with it, & cannot be bound to it, for fear of marring their own inheritance in this world. Heaven they could be glad of, but holiness they can dispense with; it will not agree with the lusts they have already espoused, & therefore, let who will
purchase heaven at that rate, they cannot.
