1          THE LORD (God) says to my Lord (the Messiah), Sit at My right hand, until I make Your adversaries Your footstool. [Matt 26:64; Acts 2:34; 1 Cor 15:25; Col 3:1; Heb 12:2.]

What I felt He is showing me here, is that He is at the right hand of Father UNTIL, the time comes to make His enemies His footstool, then He no longer stays there, but comes down to earth to make war. [ See Isaiah 42 ]

2    The Lord will send forth from Zion the scepter of Your strength; rule, then, in the midst of Your foes. [Rom 11:26,27.]

The Lord will bring an increase in AUTHORITY – scepter of HIS STRENGTH to us to RULE in the midst of our foes, because HE is IN US.

3   Your people will offer themselves willingly in the day of Your power, in the beauty of holiness and in holy array out of the womb of the morning; to You [will spring forth] Your young men, who are as the dew.

Willingly - OT:5071  nedabah (ned-aw-baw'); from OT:5068; properly (abstractly) spontaneity, or (adjectively) spontaneous; also (concretely) a spontaneous or (by inference, in plural) abundant gift:  KJV - free (-will) offering, freely, plentiful, voluntary (-ily, offering), willing (-ly), offering).
OT:5068  nadab (naw-dab'); a primitive root; to impel; hence, to volunteer (as a soldier), to present spontaneously:KJV - offer freely, be (give, make, offerself)
willing (-ly).

We do not do this out of our own strength, but as above HE GIVES US THE STRENGTH which is why at this time we MUST be with HIM in the quiet place to receive and drink and eat of HIS presence.

Day -OT:3117  yowm (yome); from an unused root meaning to be hot; a day (as the warm hours), whether literal (from sunrise to sunset, or from one sunset to the next), or figurative (a space of time defined by an associated term), [often used adverb]:

The Day of His power is a day in which HE ARISES to confront the darkness in the earth.  IE. Isaiah 42, Isaiah 60, It is a day when He steps down on the earth, and destroys the work of the enemy in our midst. Though they slay us, it will not be without a great battle and display of HIS power through us !

Of His
Power - OT:2428  chayil (khah'-yil); from OT:2342; probably a force, whether of men, means or other resources; an army, wealth, virtue, valor, strength:  OT:2342  chuwl (khool); or chiyl (kheel); a primitive root; properly, to twist or whirl (in a circular or spiral manner), i.e. (specifically) to dance, to writhe in pain (especially of parturition) or fear; figuratively, to wait, to pervert:

An army arises, an army of power, because they have HIS AUTHORITY,
An army of worshippers, and warriors in prayer and praise ! [ Ez 47, Joel ]

In the beauty of HOLINESS. Not a compromising church, but a church arrayed with HIS HOLINESS.  Which means He has to come and make us holy, which only comes with GLORY…

i.e. (figuratively) be (up) early at any task (with the implication of
earnestness); by extension, to search for (with painstaking): KJV –

show lineage:  KJV - bear, beget, birth ([-day]), born, (make to)

delivered (of a child), time of delivery, gender, hatch, labour, (do the
office of a) midwife, declare pedigrees, be the son of, (woman in,
woman that) travail (-eth, -ing woman).

OT:2926  talal (taw-lal'); a primitive root; properly, to strew over,
i.e. (by implication) to cover in or plate (with beams): KJV - cover.

Our young shall be blessed, full of dew – the HOLY SPIRIT is represented by water…also the anointing of Holy Spirit on Jesus.

Isa 18:4 NKJV  For so the LORD said to me, "I will take My rest, And I will look from My dwelling place Like clear heat in sunshine, Like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest."

Isa 26:17-19 NKJV   As a woman with child Is in pain and cries out in her pangs, When she draws near the time of her delivery, So have we been in Your sight, O LORD. 18  We have been with child, we have been in pain; We have, as it were, brought forth wind; We have not accomplished any deliverance in the earth, Nor have the inhabitants of the world fallen. 19 Your dead shall live; Together with my dead body* they shall arise. Awake and sing, you who dwell in dust; For your dew is like the dew of herbs, And the earth shall cast out the dead.

Hos 14:5 NKJV  I will be like the dew to Israel; He shall grow like the lily,
And lengthen his roots like Lebanon.

Mic 5:7-8 NKJV Then the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many peoples, Like dew from the LORD, Like showers on the grass, That tarry for no man Nor wait for the sons of men. 8 And the remnant of Jacob Shall be among the Gentiles, In the midst of many peoples, Like a lion among the beasts of the forest, Like a young lion among flocks of sheep, Who, if he passes through, Both treads down and tears in pieces, And none can deliver.

Zech 8:11-13  NKJV  But now I will not treat the remnant of this people as in the former days,' says the LORD of hosts. 12 'For the seed shall be prosperous, The vine shall give its fruit, The ground shall give her increase,And the heavens shall give their dew — I will cause the remnant of this people To possess all these. 13 And it shall come to pass that just as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Do not fear, Let your hands be strong.'

4   The Lord has sworn and will not revoke or change it: You are a priest forever, after the manner and order of Melchizedek. [Heb 5:10; 7:11,15,21.]

Jesus is our FOREVER HIGH PRIEST ever interceding for the saints until they
Are perfected.  And this is a covenant – it cannot be broken.

5   The Lord at Your right hand will shatter kings in the day of His indignation.  6   He will execute judgment [in overwhelming punishment] upon the nations; He will fill the valleys with the dead bodies, He will crush the [chief] heads over lands many and far extended. [Ezek 38:21,22; 39:11,12.]

7          He will drink of the brook by the way; therefore will He lift up His head [triumphantly].

The Lord will fight at our RIGHT HAND.  See Isaiah 58, Ps 121 says;

Ps 121:5-8 NKJV The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade at your
right hand. 6 The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by
night.7 The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve
your soul. 8 The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming
in from this time forth, and even forevermore.
