“Urike People” Dream

What part I remember is that there are these people living in cliffside dwellings that look almost like bird’s nests on the side of a huge cliff near the beach. It is right on the water. At night the evening tide brings the water over the level of many of their homes. Most of the homes were not well made enough to live underwater. I remember seeing like thin flaps only covering the top of the windows, such that water would seep in and could drown them.
In next scene it is morning, and….
One couple says it doesn't affect their health, but Sally says, "but it does ! This morning they seemed congested, look," and they looked grey. They didn't put adequate closure on the huts built into the mountainside cliff, yet they thought they were safe with just strips of rubber and plants.
It got late and were were very agile, Sally and I, climbing along the balconies of these cliffside homes to get to the top of the waterline and went up above the water, and I hear someone say, "They are the URIKE people".
Interpretation:
There are those who have built their homes, meaning living their lives, trusting in themselves more than God. They are in delusion, making adobe like homes on the side of huge cliffs. Meaning they are in precarious position. And they think the water will not go over their heads, or have an effect on them .
This means many believing and trusting that circumstances will not touch them, that the troubled waters that could batter against their "homes" will not affect them. But in fact, they are like dead men walking [ looked grey ], not realizing it. Sally & I represent a remnant of youth [ she is 21] and older adults who are aware of what's really going on and are moving up to the top of the cliff for safety so as not to be battered by the coming TIDES of trouble that could drown us. [Remnant’s home is in heaven, & we stand on higher ground] In the natural, I wouldn't consider myself agile at all anymore, whereas Sally in reality is. But as we moved together to the top I was able to move with her without any trouble.
Not putting adequate closure I believe refers to Christians who have not gotten the healing they need of their past who are in deception. Many of us still need healing, but this refers I believe to those who have chosen their delusion, like not wanting to believe anything bad could happen even though the signs of end times are definitely here. And now are in a very precarious position.
"They are the Urike people" which is a fictious village in ANIME film/games.
"The main character of Final legend [ a game ] is orginally from Urike village he is now a warrior out to help those in need he gradually lets his sense of justice out weigh his brain and is known to run head first into battle without thinking of the consequences." [ quote from website ]
This gives even more clarity showing it is those who are in delusion trusting in the present administration thinking he is right in going to war, not realizing the consequences that may befall this nation.
